At Extra Butter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy package, ensuring all original tags and shoe boxes are included and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
